Rose Montrone (nee Siriani), 96, of Ridgefield Park, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Tuesday, July 30, 2024.  She was the beloved wife to the late Marcantonio Montrone.  Rose was the devoted mother of Maria, Marc, and Philip and his wife Adrienne.  The greatest joy in her life were her cherished grandchildren Lisa and Valerie, and proud great grandmother to Ryan, Matthew, Madison, and Olivia. 

Rose was born in Manhattan, NY to the late Carrie (nee Lapoize) and the late James Siriani.  She worked as a Secretary for Baby Togs in New York a leading manufacturer of children’s apparel for many years before her retirement.  Rose was a travel enthusiast.  She loved to explore the world, learn about different cultures, and embrace the beauty of diversity.  In between Rose’s new adventures she enjoyed getting lost solving jumbo word puzzles.  She was also an active member of her community and a devout parishioner of St. Francis R.C. Church. Family was most important to Rose.  She had unconditional love for her children and grandchildren and adored spending time with them whether it was a quiet evening at home or eating at one of her favorite restaurants.  Rose is also survived by many dear friends and will be sorely missed.

Visitation is Rose’s honor will be held on Friday, August 2nd beginning at 4 P.M. and concluding at 8 P.M.  A Catholic Blessing will be officiated at the funeral home on Saturday, August 3rd beginning at 10 A.M.  Interment will follow at Maple Grove Park Cemetery, Hackensack.
